I did find this one, but I'm looking for one that allows you to to work with an image (or brush, or whatever), rather than text.

another awards thing for us to rig

The Shockwaves NME Awards 2010 is now now open for voting, come on, we can rig this, I literally put them down for everything, best band, best live band, sexiest male, sexiest female, best and worst dressed, best film etc. lol who cares? The NME is shit but whatever gets them to do awkward acceptance speeches and hilarious interviews like this classic one from earlier this year:
